I tightened up the shoulder straps as short as I could make them without a lot of extra velcro flapping around. Then I cinched one side all the way tight to the buckle. Then the other side had a bit of play left.
Other than that, I guess super size every meal you have for the next year and then it should fit fine....

Keep in mind, the original design for these had the idea in mind that plates where inside the carrier, or an armor vest was worn beneith it. Mine only fits snug when I have magazines loaded into it, wearing two layers of cloths, and some weight balancing the front and back.

You're "Mr Physics" right? Don't you have some super-custom polycarb piston activated gyroscopic balancing unit fitted to the vest to maintain equilibrium?
